I've done a lot of research on the different brands of waist trainers and this brand seems to get the best reviews. I'm 5ft 2" and about 160lbs and ordered the larger ones. It fits perfectly. I was amazed at how amazing I looked after putting it on. I was trying to find a product that would help me shrink my tummy again after having a baby.
