It’s not a typical waist trainer that’s very sturdy and tight. My waist is 28-28.5 inch ish and a size S is not enough. I would give it points for comfortability. But the fact that I have to use the smallest ring possible just says that it’s not small enough, the wraps are the only thing helping making it tighter. If they had a size XS then maybe it would be better. But again, this waist trainer is something you would probably prefer to sleep in cus it is comfy. But it’s not sturdy. Too stretchy and flimsy.
