Open spilled bottles!
I was so happy to receive my Bath and Body Works lotion and shower gel set and when I opened the package and found the slippery mess I was very upset! The lotion bottle was sealed and didn't leak, but the shower gel was previously opened (no cap) and 1/3 of the bottle contents leaked into the bubble wrap the bottles were wrapped in. It was a disaster! I was upset that I lost 1/3 of the gel and had to clean up. On the plus side, it smells really good.
