They do NOT stay in your ears!

They have a lot of ads and I decided to give it a try as I needed really good headphones for my gym workout. I just got them and it seems it's all just a lie PROS: 1) Added a second star for sound quality. It's a solid, actually really great sound. I heard some Metalcore and it's the same in all bands. The bass is not too light, but not too heavy either, just perfect. The highs and mids are also crystal clear in my opinion. 2) Voice commands work REALLY great. I was given the ability to change songs etc. You don't have to SAY every word, just speak normally and it works. CONS: 1) They don't stay in my ears once I start moving my head. I have tried all ear tips and L/XL fit well. But they only fit when I sit still. As soon as I shake or move my head, they fall over. The neckband and the controls on it are quite heavy so they pull them out of my ears and also touch my neck thereby adding a pulling effect as well. 2) These are metal wires that should fit snugly around your ear. kinda pointless. The screws holding them are too loose. What happens is that when you start moving, they just move back and forth and it's not as crowded anymore. This contributes to the common problem of not being able to stay in the ear. Maybe I should tighten these screws myself, but there's no small screwdriver anywhere, and I don't want to mess with it. They are also located at a certain angle, and therefore they were not located behind the ear, but first, as it were, above it, and only then stretched back. Should I bend them? But they're steel and don't bend, and I don't want to break them trying. Nowhere in the instructions does it say they can be bent and adjusted. Maybe my ears are too big or something, but they were advertised as fitting everyone, so please don't. 3) The control buttons are on the side facing your neck for some odd reason. That means you have to flex your hand and fingers to reach those buttons. Why would they do that, to be honest I don't understand. The buttons should be on the side facing out so they can be easily pressed with your fingers. Fail.4) They let A LOT of sound through. When you crank the volume on your phone and headphones to the max, everyone around you will hear your music loud and clear. Generally, the sole purpose of acquiring them was to be able to train in them. It is impossible. I'll send them back right away.
