Absolutely useless in the wind. The cover is secured with cheap plastic buckles, and those clips ripped at the seams on both ends of the bike within a month in 15 mph winds. The torn threads got tangled around my legs and I had to cut them off with scissors. The stitching is extremely cheap and breaks easily with little resistance. Do not worry! For now I keep it on the bike and legally put a rock on the seat to keep it from being blown away by the wind. It was basically a parachute that blew off my bike every time the wind picked up. Found it one morning in a neighbor's yard, another morning when the wind was over 10mph it was stuck to the mirror like a flag on a pole while the rest of the bike was exposed. Save your money!
