The instruction manual is very confusing to read. The one who translated from Chinese to English made a very bad translation. The cooler is smaller than expected. The features aren't explained properly so you don't get what you expected. I hate returning an item so I'm having a hard time making this decision. very dissatisfied with this product. The small water tank has a plastic tube with a spring that folds into one piece. I still can't find its purpose or a good written explanation for it and how to use it. It comes off every time you close the tiny water tank. The air is not cold as described in Revain. It's too expensive for what it does. Wasn't my first, second or third choice but there weren't any so I went with this one. I am very dissatisfied. I've tried reading the instructions over and over again, they just don't make sense. I hope that you will get a better guide and quality of the cooler itself when you buy this item.
