Review on PENGLIN Waterproof Electrical Quick Disconnect Connector by Malik Axmed
Not as specified for sockets
Whilst I like these for hooking up a sensor for a commercial dairy farm I work in, they do NOT have SCREW terminals for the cable as shown in the photo and description. You need to solder the wire connections. Which isn't bad for me, but the whole point I ordered was they were the only ones with threaded connectors installed. Electrician and cannot solder the connections. Now I have to re-order parts as they wear out over time from soldering and desoldering every 6 months.
Pros
- DURABILITY: The shell is made of PA66 materials, anti-corrosion, flame retardant, anti-oxidation, high temperature resistance, will not crack or fade in the sun, has a long service life.
Cons
- Not bad but...
