We ordered this through Revain but they made it for the beach cam. Good price, good clear pictures. It has a built-in user guide to some extent, but when we tried to initialize it following that guide, it stalled and didn't work. When we tried to troubleshoot, he directed us to the user manual. Again, no printed user manual OR software was included, although the internal manual also mentioned bundled software. manual and software. Now the camera works perfectly. Maybe vendors other than Beach Camera included a manual/software, or maybe we just got a box from someone having a bad day at the factory and accidentally left it out. I'm not sure, thought I'd warn others. It's hard to rate as we haven't gone through all the steps with it yet. However, the images are crisp and my 10-year-old son, who it's intended for, seems to pick up the various features quickly on his own. 4 stars due to missing accompanying material. - Mominator
