Just got my big white X and it fits great. Cozy but with freedom of movement. Since I started lifting kettlebells regularly a few months ago, my shoulders and arms have gotten more muscular. Anyway, I have broad shoulders, so I couldn't decide between L or X Large. I am 5.7 inches tall and weigh 140 pounds. The padding is just enough so I don't feel like a porn star. Today I immediately ordered the black one :-). As mentioned, the material is very soft. I don't know whether it can be washed yet. TIP: I noticed that when I use a laundry bag for my underwear and cold water, mine holds workout clothes longer .
