The description says (16 pcs.), And the price has been broken down by bundle. And the package weight was about 10 pounds, so it sounded like you were ordering a suitcase. Therefore, it makes you believe that it is for sale on business. So entering Quantity: 1 made me think I was ordering a box of 16. Instead, to my great dismay, I received 1 single basket as my company was waiting for a box of 16. Nowhere in the description or on the site is this mentioned. how to order it depending on the case, as well as the correct procedure depending on the case. Now please tell me how to return this one car as it is useless to my company without the others. Very disappointed with the poor clarification/lack of ease in ordering this product.
