Although many reviewers said they use these glasses for children's parties or as a donation, I was happy to find them for a completely different reason. As an elderly person (70+) who has had cataract surgery on both eyes, I now understand why so many elderly people always wear dark sunglasses. My eyes are very sensitive to light! I bought several pairs of "cheaper" sunglasses but they broke. These glasses are perfect. The variety of colors allows me to be selective so I can choose the clothes I like. If a pair breaks, I have a box full of backups! I think this is a VERY good buy.
