barely fits on the scooter and definitely not on the lift I bought to go with it!
Very disappointed! I return. It was sold complete with lift and brackets and did not work in any way. If you use the bindings on the scooter and wear it you will not be able to attach it to the lift as the bindings will get in the way and the bindings will not last long enough to survive anything if you put them on over cover. We were going on vacation so I couldn't take a scooter!
