Lesson Learned!: Milling Machine Parts and Accessories

Unfortunately, the milling cutter was unable to make the first cut. When you turned on the router with a permanently installed nozzle, it began to stagger. Immediately after switching off the router, it was clear that the shaft was bent - see photo. This could be caused by the high speed and large bit diameter that created tremendous centrifugal force on the liner. If there were written warnings, I didn't see them. For me it was a cheap lesson. I will never use a 1/4" shank bit of this diameter or at such a low cost ever again.
