Quality serum. The taste isn't the best but what do you expect from 100% pure hydrolysed whey. I mix it with another workout supplement that I like and it seems like a pretty good combo as far as flavor goes. It's hard to beat the value of supplements in bulk, especially when you're mixing your own supplements. Which I highly recommend as it's getting harder and harder to find quality products. FYI, if you've never messed with hydrolyzed whey before, it can quickly become a mess if you're not careful. DO NOT OPEN ANY PART OF THE ZIPLOC BAG! Just take your scissors, cut off the top and put it in another container. If you unzip and do what I did and try to halk him whenever he gives you the slightest resistance, he'll explode like a powder grenade with anger everywhere. Leaves a thin white mist that will annoy you for a while. Obviously this is from experience and despite this weirdness I still felt it appropriate to give this review 5 stars. This should give you an idea of the actual quality you will get.
