Easy to Use. It's wide enough to support yourself. The clasp is strong. Used for 2 weeks and still working. I agree that the main velcro is twisted. I attached the left support velcro directly to it to hold it up and it seems to work fine. I've also tried one of those metal paper clips with this type of fold and that works too, but not great if you're going to be sitting. I have to unbuckle the side and main belt when sitting or driving. I can't wear it under my clothes, not that I have a problem wearing it over my clothes.
