Based on the photos and the size of the necklace I assumed it would fall like a 16 inch necklace. But it looks more like a shorter choker necklace. I ended up having to use an extension cord. For the price I have to say it is very pretty and the lettering is a good size. But make sure you have a necklace extender that goes with it. I have attached a photo of this necklace with another necklace which I believe is the correct size and length and the photo of the original necklace is what I received with the letter M and it is without an extension, so you can compare with the other necklace in my photo. As I said, in general the chain isn't made of anything special, which I would consider to be of high quality, but it isn't. get rid of the original charm. I hope this review is helpful to you.
