I can't say these are the best fans for the money because I don't want to spend more than $15 on a fan. I can say these are the best fans I have ever bought for $10. 2nd place after the $8 Arctic Black & White version. Quiet, even blowing of air through the H80i. Static pressure is less important to me than fans that whine or whirr. Corsair fans drove me crazy. I can barely hear any air movement when these Arctic fans are set to power, and conversely, Corsair fans had a harmonic wave of annoying hum when balanced. The temperatures haven't changed, everything is still chilly, just calmer.
