I used decaffeinated pre-workout pills so switching to this powder required some adjustment. I used to take pills and then drink coffee to get the caffeine. I'm making a 64mg caffeinated espresso shot and it's not as much caffeine as 150mg in one scoop of this powder. I follow OMAD at the end of the day and caffeine hits me hard on an empty stomach so I prefer to make it myself. To use this powder, I skipped the afternoon espresso and the pre-workout espresso. I follow the HIITS program on a power meter at the end of my workout. With no pre-workout supplements my average power level is 2000. With this Magnum FASTED CARDIO my average is 2800. With my previous pill my average is 3000. The difference is that after the workout I was jittery and caffeine shivering. from HUNGRY CARDIO. I think if I practiced for more than an hour it wouldn't be a problem. I didn't notice any extra sweating and my watch didn't show that my heart rate for burning fat was anything like normal. This powder tastes good but is a bit difficult to dissolve. It is not clumpy, but does not completely dissolve in room temperature water. There are a lot of leftovers on the container. I feel like a powder that doesn't dissolve is just wasted.
