I have some of these for outdoor use. This one worked well, was quieter than the others and smaller. You don't have to slick your hair back (like some do) as the vents are on the side rather than the nape of the neck - making this a better device, especially if you have long hair. is instantaneous, which is also a bonus (some of these personal fans require you to press and hold the power for 3 seconds to turn them on and off, which is annoying when you need to turn on and off quickly (e.g. on a movie set) It charges easily and holds the charge fairly well, the only thing I don't like is that the flex center is too flexible and doesn't stay in place when you tilt it at a certain angle, a stiffer flex could be used for this.
