So easy! I will never buy a regular belt again. You get the perfect fit every time. After a hearty meal, simply increase it by a few steps. ;-)

- Better than most conventional belts.
Cons
- I was hoping it would hold up my pants but it didn't! The buckle did not hang on the cutouts. The previous ones worked fine.
