I bought these because we are painting the floor in our garage and I was tired of chasing my car in water, salt, snow etc. I've had it for weeks and had to buy it so until now. I had to shorten it a bit to make it fit. I've run the vacuum over it a few times which picked up some lint from the material but didn't damage the carpet in any way. I taped the gorilla on all four corners and in the middle where it didn't lay flat I didn't ride for a day until the wrinkles were smoothed out. You need to keep the tires straight, any rotation of the wheel can cause the carpet to move. Hope that helps.
