First off, these pads work great. Instructions are on the back of the plastic packaging label. Directions: One side of the pad has the text PUSHROD SIDE and each pad is embossed with direction. Place the text to the center of the engine and to the ground. So the text is next to the intake pointing down towards the camshaft. Also, T-nuts are optional. If you have a C4 with original magnesium alloy valve covers, ignore them. The gaskets themselves have brass inserts (clearances) for the valve cover bolts which make excellent compression stops on low torque horsepower like this. You probably don't need them. Afterwards, enjoy the absence of oil leaks!
