Oh my god! I just bought a remote controlled blind. It seemed to work at first, but when I started programming the upper and lower shadow boundaries, it just stopped working. Strange. The instructions say to press the P2 button in the battery compartment. I pressed the P2 button, but that did nothing. So I wasn't sure whether to long press or short press. On the other side of the battery is another one. I pressed that. Nothing. So I thought maybe the remote control is defective. I wrote to the company, they responded quickly (next day since they are in China) and offered a zoom call with them. I scheduled a scale meeting for tonight and they showed up and for some reason P2 was working now! LAUGH OUT LOUD! (It's like taking your car to the mechanic and explaining the noise to him, but he doesn't!) So a young Chinese lady patiently guided me through the steps to set the upper and lower limits! Fiction! So yes, the customer service was perfect! She got my P2 working!
