I've seen them since they first came out and wanted them for the house. Now that we've had another baby and didn't want to bother with her pulling lightbulbs out of sockets, we ordered a set of these tracks and installed them in bedrooms and throughout the house. It's very nice to have automatic lights and night lights for kids. I was immediately struck by how cleanly the tub wall was cut/trimmed around the outlet boxes when they were installed. I had to carry a utility knife with me as I went from socket to socket to flush cut the rough/applied drywall/stucco. Obviously the back is not hollow and the hole should be a gap. This is not a guide light issue, but people should be aware of it.
