Freezer bags help us in many ways: keeping food in the freezer safe, transporting things neatly, and making sorting and searching easier. This time they are literally bringing health and safety into many people's lives. Our agency uses them to deliver safety packages to our volunteers and staff who continue to help people get much-needed food during the COVID-19 pandemic. Without masks, hand sanitizer and other supplies in their bags, they would be at a much greater risk of contracting the virus and putting their health, the health of our customers, the health of family/friends/colleagues at risk.
