Review on Camco 40133 Replace All Plumbing Vent Kit (Beige) by Ricky Habbani

I ordered 2 of these for my Jayco and they work great. The vent cap has 3 legs at the base and not a spring loaded clip like I had hoped, although other reviewers have pointed out that the spring loaded style is often lost. Big. I didn't use putty or the screws that came with it as I had better quality butyl tape and stainless steel screws. I smeared some Dicor over the screws and around the edges and it looks as good as I wanted. NB: I'm installing these after freshly replacing the entire roof and plywood. I'm paranoid about water ingress so in my case I also have Dicor around the pipe/plywood/TPO penetration as well as a small quad -Bead placed over the vent. (for a better seal between the top of the tube and the flange in the vent cover) before attaching the vent cover to the vent tube. I would buy them again and/or recommend them.
