Before I bought this chair I was using regular plastic chair for over a year after the pandemic. I felt very uncomfortable, especially after long hours of work and sitting. This chair really helps me to solve many problems. I'm not a tall person and this allows me to adjust the height so I can see the screen in the correct position. The back support is also very good and it becomes less tiring during working hours. In addition, the wheels move smoothly and do not scratch the floor. Also, it's not that hard to put together with the help of guidelines.
