Nice belt. It fits the Bissell 3760-1 that I bought in 2007. My first impression was that it looked too small for the job. It really works. First thread it through the motor pulley, then slip it over the vacuum roller and then simply pull the vacuum roller into place to tighten the belt. The strap will stretch. The one I lost looked a lot longer, but after 13 years I'm guessing it probably just stretched. Be sure to rotate the pulley a bit to position/center the strap before putting it on, close the cap and you're done. :)
