Nice bottle. I wasn't sure I would like it based on the form factor, but it turned out to be a great hiking companion. I usually carry a 24-cup wide-mouth bottle, so I wasn't sure squeezing in ice cubes would satisfy my patience. It was not so bad. I actually had to use two hands with the ice cream maker. And the smaller size, 17 ounces, was really good. It fits snugly in my small hand, so when I sip during a workout, it's not clunky. The R-Strap makes sleeping at the gym or in the mountains easier. It keeps the water pretty cold. I put ice in at 4pm and when I went out to play at 10am the next day the water was still cold. Not icy, but cold enough. I haven't tried hot water and probably won't with this bottle either. The only thing I want from this bottle is a hook at the top to hang my key. The belt is really not suitable for this. All in all this is a good bottle for the money. * Added camping stickers by me. 🤓
