We got it as a display for our showroom. As soon as we received it, I opened it up and found that there was NO manual explaining how to set up a multi-screen display. After calling tech support several times, I found out that VIZ YouTube had a secret code that you had to press on the sometimes working/sometimes non-working remote to get into the SECRET menu. You can then set it up to work as a supercharacter as it should. Well, countless phone calls and hundreds of hours later - it's stuck on a pixelated screen and we can't even use any other input. Waste almost $1600. If the box hadn't disappeared I would have sent it back.
