We have a small day spa so we do LOTS of laundry every week. This allows us to really compare and contrast different detergents. Over the last year or so we've found that color sheets are one of those products where you get what you pay for. You can find cheaper dryer sheets than this Gain quality, but in our experience they are well worth the small extra cost. First, they really deliver on their promises in all areas. They are great at removing static electricity and smell amazing. My wife is very sensitive to smells and perfumes and some laundry detergents just don't pass her smell test. They're either too strong or just smell bad. She goes crazy over the smell of Gain products. It's hard to describe what makes it so good, but it's one of those smells where you just want to pull a piece of clothing out of the dryer, hold it to your nose, and then take a deep breath. It is a calming, relaxing and simply pleasant scent. I've learned the hard way that you really can't use these sheets more than once. In fact, for large loads, it's helpful to throw in an extra sheet for maximum static control and odor control. Also, these sheets are generally not that expensive if you can get a coupon here at Revain or on paper to use at your local store. If you're having trouble finding dryer towels that you really like and haven't tried Gain, you should give it a try. We use them exclusively and are more than satisfied with their performance and cost.
