Review on 🖨️ INK E-SALE 4 Pack Toner Cartridge for Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw M252dw - CF400X CF401X CF402X CF403X 201X CF400A Replacement by Jerardo Yatnalkar

I was so happy when I found this affordable toner for my HP LaserJet Pro M277dw. All four toners were packed separately. I followed the simple instructions and changed "Cyan" and all I got was a "Memory Error" message. Removed and reinserted, same error message. This toner does not work in my M277dw. waste of time and money. Update 4/30/2016: Apparently HP has updated the printer firmware to make this third party toner incompatible. You can of course update your toner (chip), but it will always be a game of cat and mouse, and I'm afraid that after a (quiet) future firmware update, this third-party toner will no longer work. It's a shame, I would love to use this toner at such a great price. Update May 18, 2016: Customer support has been very helpful in providing replacement cartridges that actually work - for now. The problem persists, if HP decides to update the firmware on the printer again to make the updated third-party toner cartridges unusable - which can happen any day - the printer will stop working again. Very sad. Update 07/06/2016: What I always feared has now happened: Replacement toners give the same "Memory Feed Error" message, my M277dw printer is connected to the network, so I assume an error. automatic printer update. The cartridges were only used for a few hundred pages and I can no longer use them. Update 7/18/2016: Support was very quick and helpful and suggested another replacement with a newer updated cartridge. The cartridge arrived within a few days and is still working perfectly. Update 05/09/2017: Upgrade to 4 stars because the updated toner (chip) works now.
