_____*Pro:-Simple and easy assembly.-Excellent clamping force.-Does not vibrate or wobble.-No loose plastic connections.-Supplied with replacement parts and clear instructions.____*Neutral:-For tightening the retaining ring under the phone holder I had to use pliers. _____* Disadvantages: - None. Gradually I converted all the plastic phone holders on our family bikes to metal ones like this one from Mikeric. The plastic ones just don't last long and they all eventually broke at the ball joint due to road and trail bumps and vibration. While metal ones are more expensive, they are worth it for their durability and longevity. .The diagrams and instructions were clear and easy to understand and the installation was simple and straightforward. I appreciate the extra replacement parts that came with the kit like the extra rubber o-ring and square nut. The phone holder fitted my Samsung Galaxy S20+ perfectly and the clamping force prevented vibration and shock. The little knob you turn to tighten and loosen is easy to use and easy to grip. I know that the price of this phone holder is almost double the price of the plastic equivalent at $27.98 (as of June 27, 2021). But please don't buy these plastic ones, as they will most likely fail later and break your valuable phone.
