Perfect fit for '97 F150 but look out for OEM Premium Sound Pack

Fits perfectly and works great. FYI for anyone who owns a '97 F150 with an OEM premium sound package (including amp and 6 CD changer). The gray connector in this pack connects to the gray connector that has moved away from the OEM head unit and its pigtails connect to the connector on your new head unit, but there is a 16-pin black connector that also differs from yours OEM has removed head unit. This 16-pin connector is for an amplifier and the like. The black connector in this package does not connect to this 16 pin connector, but there is a matching connector that connects to the truck chassis on the left rear of the factory head unit. Disconnecting this mating black connector essentially removes the amp and CD connection, and this connector and the black connector in this package can be mated for your speakers. I know this may not be entirely clear, but it took me a long time to find this information, so I hope it helps someone with this premium sound pack.
