Great cleaning, terrible packaging
I love this thing but has any manufacturer ever tried to open this packaging? The plastic case isn't cut with knives or scissors, and it's impossible for an old man like me to squeeze my fingers between the slots. I was ready to get out my blowtorch before I managed to slip a heavy-duty screwdriver between the layers and rip the thing apart. Guys, the crazy foggy days of the 80's are 30 years away - why are you still using that wasteful, stress-inducing packaging material?
