I bought a similar hair curler which was spiral shaped and gave a lot of curl and worked great. However, sometimes I just need one shaft and they will be delivered. As with other hair curlers, it's easy to put your hair in and let it dry. I usually apply it after showering when my hair is damp. When I sleep and when I wake up my hair has a big wave and usually lasts until my next shower. love the product.
