First of all, I'm 1.60 m tall, my feet are medium sized and shoe size 8. I thought long and hard about what size to order and decided on a large one. I probably should have ordered a medium but they will work just fine. If I order more, I choose medium. The socks are very compressible and my feet love them. most of time. I would give five stars, except that the decorations on the socks (flags etc.) are not printed but embroidered. if that's the right word? The threads that make up the jewelry like to cling to the rough part of the foot or toenail. That in itself is not a big problem, I just have to be extra careful when putting it on. But the jewelry leaves little dents on the legs. I'm diabetic so that's a bit concerning but so far it doesn't really bother me. Those are good socks!
