The solution is to run "multidigimon -touch" from the command line and follow the on-screen instructions. InnoView Support has responded to my request. On Windows 10, I get errors when connecting USB for touch input, and touch input always refers to the main display, not the InnoView display. On the Mac Book Pro, touch input goes to the screen where the mouse is located, and not always to the InnoView display as you might expect. Pinch-to-zoom doesn't work either. I contacted InnoView support. Will update rating if/when issues are resolved. The display and the build quality are good. But this monitor doesn't work if you need touch support.
