This is my second year of using them. I travel 100% for work, which means about two or three planes a week and a hotel room almost every day of the year. I don't know how I would have managed my supplements without these perfect little sachets. several daypacks at once, and when I go home I fill up over the next two weeks. My daily package consists of: capsules and 2 fish oil capsules. Then I filled two more of these bags with 1 tablespoon of protein powder each. I then slide these bags into a mini zipper along with a pair of contact lenses and two bags of green tea. So I pull out a new daypack every morning and use everything as needed throughout the day. You really are perfect for me. Specifically for protein powders, I haven't had any spills/leaks with these packs. They are waterproof and I have never opened them on over 90 planes and during my second year of travel.
