2 packs. A total of 6 locks and 12 keys. All 6 locks have the same code and must use the same key. At least 3 locks and 6 keys in a package must work together. Right? When the very first lock failed, I systematically tried every key in every lock and was very disappointed with the results. Only 4 keys only worked in 2 locks. No other keys worked in any other lock and I only had sporadic success in the other 4 locks. bad party? May be. If you compare the keys to each other, they are cut very poorly, and you can see that all the teeth are "slightly" cut off. Which explains why they don't work. I have no explanation as to why only 2 out of 6 locks work, plus it's not surprising if the same level of craftsmanship has gone into the locks as the keys. My proposition. Spend your money on Masterlock luggage locks. They are more expensive but will last until the day you lose or cut them off.
