Slim but well made! And has an inner slip skirt :)

This is the thinner side of the dress but the slip underneath helps with that. Also, I always wear shorts with my 3 year old daughter when she wears a dress, so I think we'll be fine. The stitching and quality is good and I like the scalloped neckline. Age appropriate and adorable 🥰

Pros
