You have a strong chemical smell. You can wash it, but you shouldn't use anything that smells like that for a child. They also have a pre-locked case. That's right, the case has already got around in many places. But cases/covers are just bullshit anyway. They used the cheapest, lowest quality material they could find. Another reviewer compared it to gauze and I have to agree it doesn't get much better. No durability. After a few weeks of brief use (and only a wash or two) it was worn in several places and parted at the seams. Also, the velcro is a joke, the only person who could use it if there was a pillow around it would be a small child, so it really just annoys you and sticks to your clothes. The pillow or "liner" is decent in itself, although it's still pretty cheap and can clump and get lumpy after washing, but for the most part it gets the job done. In comparison, it is significantly larger than Boppy. In general, I definitely do not recommend, especially for such a price.
