Inaccurate blood pressure readings
This is my second smartwatch I'm testing as a blood pressure monitor and the technology isn't there yet. I have a blood pressure monitor on my wrist for comparison and the results are consistent with my normally elevated blood pressure. However, the watch always shows a normal blood pressure. I never expected exact, not even approximate, measurements from watches. I do not advise against buying a smartwatch at the moment because of the blood pressure function, but I hope for an improvement in the future.
