I love this product. It was a little tricky at first but I found that I first had to attach the rubber grommet to the back of my dryer and then the end of the hose and the same to the pipe that went to the ceiling. I have one of those washer dryer combos that stack. This is the connection I have in my apartment. We had a refurb and they really ruined my other hose so I had to buy a new one so I went with this one and I'm really sorry I didn't find this product sooner. I like that once connected the hose hangs well and doesn't crease like the old one and everything was pretty easy and it didn't take forever to connect like it did with my first hose. I would definitely buy it again if needed.
