I like that it has so many different payment options available for online purchases in addition to PayPal. It's easy for customers to change their billing information if they need to do so without having to call or email you first, which is great! There are some things about this product that could be improved, but nothing major at all. The customer support team can sometimes take awhile to respond when there isn't an immediate issue with your account. They're very knowledgeable, though and will usually work through any issues (or offer alternatives) shortly after receiving them from you via email. We use customcart because of how flexible it allows us to make changes as needed. The biggest benefit we've realized since implementing this is the ability to customize our checkout process. This has been helpful both internally and externally by allowing multiple people to complete sales independently while still providing consistency across the site. CustomCart is very flexible and easy to use. It's very easy to add products, create categories, and add new features. It is a great product with a great support team. I have not had any issues with CustomCart. It is a great shopping cart and the support team is great. I am able to add products and add features that I need. I am able to add new features and add products to my website. It is very easy to use. I am able to keep my website up to date with new features and new products.
