inconsistent quality
Appears to be a quality discrepancy. I bought a pair last year which lasted 1 year (used for turnout). I was very happy with an inexpensive pair of flared boots that lasted a year so I bought another pair. The second pair lasted about a month before being torn apart. Unfortunately, this third pair lasted less than a week. I'm switching to another brand.
