Review on 🚗 Bilstein 24248129 Shock Absorber: Premium Suspension Enhancement for a Smoother Ride by Zachary Greene

The shocks arrived earlier than expected and each shock was individually packaged in an OEM Bilstein box in a similar sized brown cardboard box. When opened, there were holes in the original packaging through which the shock mount broke. The damage appears to have occurred at the warehouse prior to shipment as the outer box was undamaged. I only mention this because the fasteners can float in the box and fall out in storage. I had all the components in and (at the store) the installation went smoothly. The handling and feel are firmer than stock shocks, and the 2.1-inch front lift really compensates for the truck's lean. I was planning on installing it myself, but after calling my local supply store and quoting less than $300 with direction for the install, it was "easy". Very happy with the product and the company I bought it from.
