I bought a 25 cm swing for my Apollo solar hut without knowing how big it is. It was a bit too big for it when I received it so I emailed JRDC to see if I could trade it in for a smaller swing. They contacted me very quickly and told me that not only would they send me a 18cm swing, but that I could keep the 25cm swing when Apollo grew up. I was so surprised because most companies require you to return the item. They already shipped the smaller swing within a day of the request. The swing is made out of strong rope, which is great because Apollo LOVES to chew on everything! When I put a 10 inch swing in his cage, he immediately climbed onto it. Can't wait to get a smaller one to swing to my heart's content! The company is good at email and responds to emails. I am very happy with them and will buy from them again!
