If this is your first time setting it up, it's fine. Your device is perfectly tilted, everything fits like it was made by Google, and the white looks nice against the outlet, but that's where the good stuff ends. The lack of instructions on which screws to use in which holes sucks. If you're curious, use the long ones to attach the wedge to the wall and the short ones to attach the outlet to the wedge. Now if you get it wrong or use the wrong ones or drill too fast when using a drill your mounting holes will effectively be punched out and you will basically need a new wedge. I installed it correctly at first but then thought it was too loose and let it go but figured I'd get it right and not wait for disaster to fix it. I unzipped it and used the long ones to attach the socket to the wedge, and that was a mistake. Although the outlet wall plate fits snugly against the wedge, the angle and shape of the screw head does not allow the outlet to fit into the plate. And now my holes were worn out and there was no turning back. So now I had two extra holes in the wall and a worn wedge. Instead of taking it off and ordering another, I did some quick google searches, sealed the holes completely with super glue and baking soda, and reinstalled the wall plate to mount the nest to the wall. Not sure how well it holds up to heat and cold cycles, but so far it's working.
