I have big hands so I bought the XXL and was blown away by how good and fit they are. I would go up a size as fingerless gloves are harder to take off. ! I have Gore-Tex Klim kidskin gloves and can compare the quality to the Klim which says a lot. Klim doesn't make fingerless gloves so I thought I'd go for these and WOW I'm glad I did! The biggest problem with fingerless gloves is taking them off. They have a smooth fabric that makes removing the glove much easier than cowhide gloves and the tabs on the two middle fingers work great, plus they're amazingly comfortable. The knuckles (PVC) should provide excellent protection as well as soft areas where it counts. They have done a really good job of design and quality, these are going to be my favorite gloves for spring, summer and fall!
